Project

Leroy Merlin Studio is a platform designed to support individuals in their renovation projects. It organizes the process into five key steps: online project simulation, consultation with an expert, home visits, detailed quote and schedule delivery, and weekly work progress tracking. The platform aims to simplify the customer experience while enhancing internal team efficiency.

Context

A long-term project carried out within a team of 10 people, including 7 developers. As a senior front-end developer, I was responsible for validating pull requests and ensuring code quality. The project required close collaboration with the team to continuously improve the platform.
