Project

The engine decarbonization application was developed for FlexFuel Company, a leader in engine decarbonization, EGR valve and DPF cleaning, and bioethanol kits for eco-driving. When I joined the development team of 3 developers, the application was still under development. My primary role was to make adjustments and improvements to the engine clogging analysis component.

Context

The application’s objective was to retrieve data from the OBD port, analyze it, and provide relevant results. It also guided users throughout the data collection process. The engine decarbonization process is proprietary to FlexFuel Company, and the application was designed as an analytical tool to enhance this process. The team consisted of 3 developers.

Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Created a Kotlin animation library
• Designed to be reusable and easily integrable into other company applications
• Synchronized with the same library in iOS Swift
• Updated an application cataloging the library’s animations

Organization and Methodology

• Participated in daily stand-ups
• Facilitated brainstorming sessions
• Presented the final product
• Authored documentation
